It is NOT a real problem to have, I’m fully aware of that, but if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to travel it is sometimes overwhelming to decide where to go. With all the bloggers *cough*, travel sites, hotel booking sites and your friend’s Instagram feed the world really is your oyster. Sometimes though, you just want a quick solution (within budget) and that’s where Lucky Trip comes in.
You start by setting your budget, then Lucky does the rest by scanning Skyscanner, Booking.com and Rome2Rio to find the best deal for you budget (‘where to go’, ‘where to stay’ and my favourite part ‘something that will make you happy’). The app shows you holiday options in 300 cities across UK and Europe.
Firstly, more often than not the locations aren’t just traditional hot spots, which is great if you like avoiding hordes of tourists.
Secondly, their accommodation options are always spot on with beautiful boutique style hotels or apartments, just what we love. Continue to tap on “Lucky” to see more destination options within your budget or swipe right in the accommodation block for more hotel options.
You can opt for their suggested dates (which will be recommended based on the best price) or you can insert your dates. You can also filter by more categories to get your ideal holiday:
I can’t recommend this app enough. I’m online looking for inexpensive holidays a lot (mostly I’m just daydreaming) and can’t beat their offers. It’s incredibly simple to use and will certainly make you explore more. Once you have your holiday booked check out these 3 tips to make the most of your next trip.
